The alternative film series DANGEROUS TIMES opens at the outdoor garden screen venue Le Petit Versailles
on
Saturday August 30th, 2014.
The free one night series will open with Noe Kidder’s experimental film HOLY BLOOD.
The second film of the night will be Kevin Jarvis’s satirical horror feature A DANGEROUS CURE.
The theme of the film series revolves around the current state of danger and paranoia that 21st century society
consistently lives in. Whether it is 9-11, identity loss, technology, or the mystery of the 21st century itself,
All the films of the series present these dangers in various ways and styles. Besides screening films, the film event
will have a multi-media exhibit by award winning artist Seruni Bodjawati.

This hybrid-horror film brilliantly uses found footage, interviews, and various story genres to create a compelling, and highly original work.HOLY BLOOD by Brian Getnick and Noe Kidder is a 30 minute film that imagines the rise of totalitarianism in a small town in Upstate New York.Also featuring a one-of-a-kind video installation by Seruni Bodjawati, an Indonesian visual artist and filmmaker.
