Remi Harris will be presenting two new works as part of subwaystories. subwaystories seeks to provide a visual representation of the everyday relationships and transgressions that occur between the people that use the subway and the subway environment.

In partnership with the artist-driven initiative Dancing While Black, movement-based artists Rashida Bumbray, Ebony Noelle Golden, Paloma McGregor, Sydnie Mosley, and Gesiye Souza-Okpofabri will perform solos in response to art pieces that transform common domestic and cosmetic objects as part of the Re: purpose exhibition, curated by MoCADA fellows Amanda Reid & Ali Rosa-Salas
