Session promotes entrance of dance arts and products into each other’s market, at APAP|NYC 2014

WHAT:

This year, an expanded presence of 40 Chinese delegates from nearly 10 provinces of China will attend and present at a four-hour seminar and reception at the annual Arts Presenters Conference (APAP|NYC) in New York City. At The 3rd Seminar on China-US Cooperation on the Performing Arts, participants will exchange ideas on how to promote dance arts and products to enter into each other’s market. We will have six presenters and remarks by APAP President and CEO, Mario Garcia Durham. See information on presenters and other delegates below.

*Association of Performing Arts Presenters

 

Chinese Presenters: (1:00 pm)

* Mr. Wang Quanxing, Deputy Director of the National Ballet of China (NBC), who will talk about NBC’s world tour and the annual Ballet Season it hosts in China;

* Mr. Chao Ke, Artistic Director of Beijing 9 Contemporary Dance Company, whose presentation is on the Company’s information and its repertoire;

* Ms. Cao Jianping, Chairman of Guangzhou Performing Arts Center, will give us detailed information on the major performing arts fairs in China.
