Winter Jazzfest celebrates 10 years launching the 2014 festival with a special show featuring drummer Bobby Previte’s TERMINALS with Nels Cline, John Medeski and So Percussion. Helado Negro performs an opening set. Tonight’s show is made possible with support from Sixpoint Brewery.

Winter Jazzfest is pleased to present the launch of Blue Note Records 75th Anniversary concert. In 1939 Blue Note Records hosted a one-day session with pianists Albert Ammons and Meade Lux Lewis for a four-hand piano album. Paying tribute to that very first Blue Note recording contemporary pianists Robert Glasper and Jason Moran will play opposite each other with special guests Ravi Coltrane, Bilal, Eric Harland, and Alan Hampton at The Town Hall on January 8th 2014.
